The Odour Management and Mitigation Plan has been prepared to satisfy Condition 18 of the Environmental Assessment Notice of Approval (EA) and Condition 8(8) & (9) of the Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA). The Odour Management and Mitigation Plan outlines preventative and reactive measures to be taken to minimize potential odour impacts. Annual Odour Management and Mitigation Reports are submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Regional Director with the first report submitted six months following the first receipt of waste and every 12 months thereafter.
